Donna Grice, General Manager, has over 30 years of experience building client relationships and providing quality service to her customers. She has extensive project management experience along with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Tulsa in Business Administration and Accounting.
Donna spent 20+ years working in Employee Benefits managing multiple teams and call centers handling Retirement Plans and 401(k) Employee Benefits.
Prior to joining Pomona, Donna worked 6 years with Homeowner Associations and managing contractors. She looks forward to working for the residents of Pomona, helping to enhance and maintain the property.

Haley Zapata, Assistant General Manager, has over 18 years of experience in management. She is described by her peers as always having a strong work ethic while maintaining a positive and joyful attitude.
Haley attended Brazosport College where she studied Business Management and Drafting Technology. She has been with First Service Residential for over 2 years, working at a nearby community. There, she built strong relationships with the Board members and homeowners. Haley held the role of Assistant General Manager along with being the Lifestyle Coordinator at her previous community. The residents showed a lot of positive feedback and admiration by praising the exciting events she would deliver as well as her day-to-day work ethic.
Haley enjoys interacting with the members of her community and provides a genuine attitude towards everything she does. Haley looks forward to providing the Pomona residents with the same exceptional effort and dedication this community deserves.

Nikki comes to Pomona with over 10 years of experience coordinating and executing events. She loves people and is exceptional at relationship building. Nikki brings a wealth of knowledge from her background in television production, journalism and media relations. Kanika “Nikki” Utley is a Syracuse University graduate. She began her career working in television. This solidified her passion for storytelling.
She has curated world-class events across the globe, from Singapore to Canada and Honolulu, Hawaii, uniting people and helping them feel their best. Now, as Lifestyle Manager for Pomona by Hillwood, Nikki is excited to bring that same passion for community and connection to Pomona, aiming higher with every event and creating unforgettable experiences for all.

Brittany Nice, Administrative Assistant, comes to Pomona with over 11 years of administrative experience. She previously served as an Administrative Assistant in the social work field, where she played a vital role in supporting her team to ensure that every client’s needs were met. She graduated from Blinn College in Brenham, TX in 2014 with an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Administrative Office. Brittany brings strong organizational skills, adaptability, excellent written communication, and a genuine willingness to help others. Brittany looks forward to providing excellent service to the residents of Pomona.
